Hi, We are looking to introduce either a 2 or 3 shift pattern next year, and looking to benchmark what other companies pay for their shift allowances. Information about shift patterns and allowances would be appreciated. Many thanks. Sarah

Hi, I have a fleet of 17 company cars for mixed business & private use all of which are presently traditional IC engined vehicles with bias towards diesel at present. We lease all of our vehicles on a 3 year basis and would really like to embrace & encourage a move towards greener vehicles with alternative fuels or hybrid power. Report shows that unprecedented change will see major car brand fail in next three years One of Europe’s iconic car brands will go out of business in the next three years according to a new automotive survey released today. More than half of respondents to ‘The Innovation Race’ – a Protolabs report that explores the challenges and opportunities for Europe’s car makers – expect a big name to fall victim to the unprecedented period of change currently being seen across the globe. Hi All, We are opening a small manufacturing unit in Poland. However, I need some advice about Health and Safety. I have a number of H&S suppliers who are willing to provide us their services, but each one is different, and they are now confusing us with what we need to do and what is “nice” to do. I would like to talk through the process with someone in the UK who has experience of H&S matters in Poland to understand what we legally need to do to comply.
