Robotic process automation (RPA) and/or robotic desktop automation (RDA) is using "software based robots" to emulate and complete certain work on behalf of people. This technology has been used by large enterprises / multi-national organisations to improve productivity.
If you're a medium-sized (i.e. 50 - 249 employees) business and you're looking at what you can do to improve productivity, then is RPA / RDA one of the options you're considering?
Thanks in advance,
PS - If you're on LinkedIn there is an Introduction to Robotic Process Automation course, which is available here - https://www.linkedin.com/learning/in...ess-automation.
Are medium sized businesses looking at robotic process automation (RPA) and/or robotic desktop automation (RDA) to boost productivity?

Hi @Charles Clayton
Thank you for posting your question. I encourage medium sized manufacturers to share their thoughts on this important topic. I've just shared on Linkedin.
Have you got any thoughts on how many medium sized businesses in the UK are already using this type of software?

Sorry, no I don't know how many medium sized businesses are and would be very interested to find out. I would not be surprised if some of the larger manufacturing businesses are.
