The manufacturing skills gap is no secret, but how does the industry overcome one of its biggest challenges?
There appear to be two main hurdles. The first is attracting the right types of graduates in the first place. Once these are recruited the second hurdle is making sure these graduates are industry ready.
What’s your view?
As manufacturers how do you think the industry can both attract more graduates and crucially get them industry ready? You are on the front line and see these challenges from a real world perspective so please share your thoughts with the Network.
