    I am currently working on the standardisation of terms as part of the integration of two business' - ultimately I am looking to make a future proof proposal that is both attractive to candidates and employees and practical in terms of management and cost.

    If anyone is willing to share what they offer both to their 'Head Office/Desk Based' population along with their 'Factory based' population?

    Some specific areas I am looking at are:
    - Holidays - standard entitlement, can you buy/sell, birthday holiday?
    - Working Hours - 37.5/38/39 - 8.30-5 / 8 - 4 / 9 - 5
    - Flexibility - core hours / working from home / flexi time
    - Benefits - salary sacrifice / flexible benefits scheme

    Any insight is greatly appreciated and I am more than happy to share in return!!
