• Beat the Bots Funding Launched

    In our Regional Manufacturing Outlook we reported that the productivity for the West Midlands ranked 7th out of 10 UK regions, with manufacturing productivity at 91% of the national average. There's no coincidence that the region had the lowest investment intentions of any UK region. The regional economy over the next decade will be disrupted by automation and it's vital that we retrain the existing workforce to ensure they play a part in this revolution, so they don't get left behind.
