  • What benefits do you offer?

    What sorts of benefits does your Company offer? I've read through the various posts on the forum regarding this topic, but was wondering if anyone does more than the standard (or statutory things such as pension & 5.6 weeks holidays).

    How did you determine what benefits you would offer?
    How often do you review your benefits package?
    Do you have different benefits for different employees?
    What is your 'best' benefit?

    In my previous Company, we had everything from birthday day off to 'pawternity leave,' so trying to get a bit of a benchmark of what's on offer elsewhere so I can establish a bit of a framework for review here.
